- Check in before 9 pm
- Rooms available from 3 pm
- Rooms vacated by 11.30 am
- The payment is done on arrival at the hotel
Conditions of reservation
Reservations made by credit card:
Blanc Sable Hotel *** can charge a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay, for all stay of 5 nights and more.
Prepayment will be made at some periods (Congress, festivals, special event …)
The fact of giving a credit card data number incurs the customer liability to the hotelkeeper and involves its acceptance of general terms of sale.
In case of prepayment of the entire stay, no refund will be made.
Condition of cancellation or modification
Cancellations and modifications should be notified to Blanc Sable Hotel *** as early as possible.
From October to May included (except MIPIM Congress or Cannes’ Festivals):
- More than 7 days before the date of arrival: cancellation and modification possible
- Less than 7 days before the date of arrival or no show: all the nights reserved will be paid from date to date.
From June to September included:
- More than 14 days before the date of arrival: cancellation and modification possible
- Less than 14 days before the date of arrival or no show: all the nights reserved will be paid from date to date.
During festivals, congresses or other special events, the prepayment of the totality of the booking will be a non-refundable for cancellations, irrespective the cancellation date.
Only the Court of the city of Nice has jurisdiction in any dispute.
Festival, congress or special event is: MIPIM, MAPIC, Festival de Cannes, TAX FREE, CANNES LIONS, CANNES YACHTING, Tour De France.
